4 Years of Hip Pain Gone in a Single Session!
Yesterday I was blessed with a session with the gentle and kind Orestis Vasilakis. For two hours he took my through an emotional and sticky process on old pain held in my right hip.
For close to four years my hip has gradually tightened to the point where I couldn’t go for walks anymore. Walks are my grounding, social and sacred connection practice, and I was pretty devastated that years of practitioner work and stretching wasn’t helping. From the moment after our session my hip is healed.
It doesn’t just feel better, it is completely without tension. I can dig my finger into that area and not even feel that old ache at all. I also slept seven straight hours. I was so shocked that it was light when I opened my eyes. Thank you sweet Orestis! I am so moved by your generosity and your skill. This healing will continue to integrate, and for now I sit in the complete freedom that this represents.
